All members in good standing are asked to attend a special called meeting of the congregation with the purpose of amending the parish by-laws. The changes to the by-laws must be made in order that they be brought into agreement with the new legal name of the parish, ‘St. Matthias’ Church’. The resolution passed by vestry that enacted this change along with the proposed changes to the by-laws will be available at the time of the meeting (in addition to the copies offered in the narthex and read previously at our worship services).

The meeting will be followed by our celebration luncheon for those with birthdays and anniversaries in the month of October.
